Rodeo week and the Expo Center calendar
Belton fills up every July for the PRCA rodeo and the Fourth of July parade, and the blocks around the square carry more foot traffic in three days than the rest of the month. For that stretch we stage standard units along the Belton parade route, put deluxe flushing units near the vendor rows and drop an ADA accessible unit into every cluster.
The Bell County Expo Center keeps Belton busy the rest of the year with livestock shows, barrel racing and trade weekends, and its gravel overflow lots are where most of our Belton drops land. Placements get mapped with the event staff so a Belton pickup happens before the next load-in starts.
The university, the square and Nolan Creek
The University of Mary Hardin-Baylor sits a few blocks off the Belton square, and move-in weekends, commencement staging and campus construction all pull restroom rentals. Belton also runs a steady list of smaller civic events at Yettie Polk Park, where units go on the paved edge instead of the soft ground near the water.
Nolan Creek comes up quickly after a Central Texas downpour, so any Belton placement near the bank sits uphill on gravel or asphalt. Contractors reworking storefronts on the Belton square take one standard unit and a handwashing station parked where a service truck pulls in without closing a travel lane.
Route days and hot-weather service
Belton sits in the middle of our routing between Interstate 35 and Loop 121, so most Belton orders confirm for the next business day. A long-running Belton rental holds a standing service day, and heat on the limestone flats means pump-outs step up through July and August.
Deliveries run Monday through Saturday and nothing moves on Sunday, so a Belton event that wraps late Saturday gets its pickup first thing Monday morning. Tell us where the Belton gate, cattle guard or lot chain sits and the driver plans his approach before he rolls up.
